May is Mental Health Awareness Month. This "workshop" is for anyone who wants to learn more about mental health and how to promote positive mental health in themselves and others. We will start conversations relating to stress and anxiety, and the effects it has on your mind and body.
Our experienced wellness guides will lead engaging discussions, interactive activities, and provide practical tips and techniques that you can use to improve your mental wellbeing. You will also have the opportunity to connect with others and share your experiences in a safe and supportive environment.
We will have a mini sound bath session to unwind and relax. Healthy and nutritious snacks and refreshments will be provided.
