Dr. Lauryn Gilliam is a licensed marriage and family therapist and founder of Integrapy, Inc. and 5 Sense Living where she bridges the worlds of mental health and entrepreneurship. Trained in systems thinking, as well as a business owner herself, Lauryn brings a unique perspective to the emotional dynamics of leadership, relationships and business.

Her experience as both a clinician and business owner allows her to understand the invisible forces that shape how women lead, connect, and thrive. Through her work, she empowers women entrepreneurs to navigate complex systems--within themselves and their businesses--with emotional integrity.

In her private practice she focuses on mindfulness with her clients, helping them learn how to focus on the present moment using all 5 senses in order to be the best version of themselves for themselves, and in their relationships, both personally and professionally. Before becoming a therapist, she built a career in fashion, law, marketing, and photography—giving her a unique lens into the emotional toll that high-pressure, passion-driven work can carry.
